· Dental Hygiene Services Teeth Cleanings are provided to EVERY RESIDENT every 3 months (Nursing Facilities that accept Medi-Cal)
· Weekly Visits once a week Dental Hygiene visits, EVERY WEEK
· Oral Cancer Screenings with our Electronic-Referral documentation system, all findings are shared immediately with your Dentist
· Emergency Evaluations can be performed and referred to your facility Dentist
· Fluoride and Dry Mouth Treatments preventive and palliative treatment that helps prevent Gum Disease and Dental Decay
· Denture Cleanings are performed and dentures are evaluated, including patients with no teeth
· Audits and Quality Assurance Inspections are done quaterly to insure that all charts are up-to-date in accordance to Dept of Health Services
· Documentation is provided on two forms, Digital Printouts of Dental Notes for resident’s chart with BEFORE and AFTER PICTURES and a Dental Visit Summary for your Social Services Department
